Pam and Dave's personalized touches, like packing breakfast for my early departure, made my stay at the B&B truly memorable. I also enjoyed the homemade jams served at breakfast.

I enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Aurora in Aberdeen. The couple running the guest house made me feel welcome right from the start. They helped with my luggage immediately. The room was cozy and fresh, with lovely furnishings. Breakfast was a highlight for me. I relished the homemade jams and pancakes. The fresh-cooked options like sausages and eggs added to the experience. The dining area was comfortable, making each meal enjoyable. Only downside was the tight parking situation. It made coming and going a bit challenging. the bathroom felt small, which wasn’t too convenient. So, if that's something that matters to you, just keep it in mind. But the overall experience felt homely and inviting. I would love to return again, especially for that breakfast!

I stayed in a single en-suite double bed room on the ground floor. It was well-decorated and super clean, which I loved. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, though it might feel a bit cramped for two. The bed was super comfy, which made for great sleep. The shower worked perfectly too. Plus, the Wi-Fi was excellent. Not much to dislike, but maybe just a tad tight for more than one person.

As a wildlife conservationist, I appreciated the warm hospitality of Pam and Dave. The breakfast with homemade jams catered to my tastes and included unique local dishes. While the parking can be a bit tight, the cozy setup offsets it nicely.

Cozy common areas with a fireplace, helpful local tourism insights, unique regional recipes featured
The parking situation is incredibly tight, making it a hassle for larger vehicles!!! The Wi-Fi reliability is spotty, leading to frustrating disconnections during your stay. Only selected room types available at peak times could leave you feeling disappointed!!!

The bed was super comfy and I loved the homemade jams at breakfast. There’s a nice garden to relax in and a cozy lounge for unwinding after a long day. The bathroom was a bit smaller than I expected, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. definitely try David's breakfast if you stay! 🍳

Left with a clean and spacious family room, the delight of homemade jam and pancakes for breakfast was a highlight. issues with payment discounts and early checkout made the experience feel less welcoming. The owners seemed less invested in our return visit given the overall quality.
